A Time of Refreshing, Body, Mind and Soul Apr 24, 07:24 AM
Somewhere in the back of my mind, I keep hoping when the whirlwind I’ve been in for the past several weeks dies down I’ll finally be able to focus on resetting myself. Recently, however, I realized that there will always be a whirlwind, and if it does die down, it will only be a matter of days before I drum up another one.
You don’t have to put everything on hold to get a sense of refreshing, but the time to stop, reset and reflect is now. You’ll have to make changes to your perspective and apply those changes to all aspects of your life. But You also don’t have to make those changes all at once. In fact, to avoid disappointing myself, I try to focus on one personal, business and relationship problem at a time. Of course life doesn’t always allow this, but it’s good to try.
These next few weeks, I’m focusing on fighting tiredness holistically. As this week closes out, I find myself intensely overwhelmed by the projects and deadlines, the constant search for a new apartment, and the need to maintain a balance of peace in my relationships.
So I’ve rounded up a few articles that have been helpful guides in refreshing. I hope we all can find a time of refreshing no matter where we are in life. Are there any other resources that you’ve found helpful to fighting fatigue? Drop the links!
